BRAZIL TOUR - BELO HORIZONTE AND CURITIBA

We were off and flying to Belo Horizonte...

...in style!! You cant beat sipping on an ice cold beer while getting your boarding pass. Yeah Brazilians are SERIOUS about their beer tempurature. If it isnt served in a bucket of ice, its from a thermostat refrigerator so you can pick your beer from the coldest cooler. Burns your tongue it's so cold. Word.

Here is the view from Quina Galeria where we were setting up. I love the aged peeling paint behind the gothic building.

Here was a peice from an artist that makes little tiny characters in little tiny bottles! Precarious!

The owners of Quina Galleria, me, Mini Galleria owner Angelina, and tour manager Matias Maxx.

The owner made a plush Mr. Wiggle keychain for me! So rad!

People at the signing.

Too much metal for one person!!!

Peeps hangin' in front.

Then we were off to go celebrate with my crazy new friends after having some home made brick oven pizza. They drove me up to the highest point in Belo Horizonte to check out the view...

I have to say it was pretty great. I didnt realize how big it was there until this point.

Playing with night settings... I got's lightning tongue!!!

"WHAT???!!"

Then we made it over to a club to see the Rio based swing band Canastra. Lots of fun!

Alas, then it was time to say goodbye to Belo Horizonte. Here's Mr. Wiggles about to get attacked by Angelina's bird. Don't worry Mr. Wiggles, I'll save you!

Then like magic, POOF!, here we are in Curitiba at Kitinete Bar during the signing.

Peeps!

Here is awesome artist Rafael Silveira and clothing designer Flavia Groselha. I bought some really cool clothes from her line GUM while I was there, and Rafael hooked me up with some beautiful swag.

More peeps!

Here is filmmaker Henry Saltz from LAb013 who made the Porto Alegre video. He and Eduardo drove all the way down from Porto Alegre to hang out with us again. Super fun when people come from other cities to meet up with you. They made that night really awesome! Especially after we saw the worst cover band in the world at a bar right before this. "Take me down to the paradise city....!!!!"

Playing Snooker very late at night.

And to end this part of the trip... The freakiest looking mannequin baby I've ever seen.
