BIGGEST TRIP EVER!

I'm just trying to wrap my head around how many places I will be at this summer doing art events promoting the book and toys... almost 5 months of travel in about 28 cities. This will be the most places i've been to in one period of time for one purpose. I'm so very excited about it! But also I can't help but to feel it affects me oddly, like I'm just not tied to anything right now. Which feels liberating, but having one foot out the door makes for a strange reality. I sit in my studio and my house and feel so detached from my surroundings. I guess that is part of the cycle of life as an artist. I know when I get back in the Fall I'll be neck deep in paintings for the following 10 months prepping for my next solo show. A completely opposite world from what this Summer will hold. Ahhhh... life....

Here we go with the list... starting in NYC, Boston, Chicago, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, Toronto, Minehead, Manchester, London, Paris, Düsseldorf, Münster, Hamburg, Berlin, Vienna, Zürich, Rome, Lisbon, San Diego, Los Angeles, Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janiero, Atlanta, Worchester... Whew! Then I'll be home for good around mid September. It's so funny because it's just April 14th and I leave for the first tour in 10 days. Wow.

Well, I'll be making lots of updates on all my travels and take lots of pics for everyone! I'll try to update the blog as often as I can!

So I hope to see old friends and meet lots of new ones!
